  I enjoyed how the staff was very helpful in assisting me with items that I personally forgot (IE:adapters). Also the amount I had paid for my room was great! The room was cozy and had both Korean and American channels. The telephone connection makes it very easy to call back to the states, if need be. The schuttle service to and from the airport is very punctual. The hotle is less than 5 minutes walk to the train station, so you can easily take the train to and from the city in a day. WE've stayed at this hotel many times during our overnight layover in Seoul.

Korean Airlines (Mr. Kim in particular) did not miss a beat in getting me through customs and to curbside for Jake the hotel owner to pick me up and personally drive me to the hotel. I am visually impaired but it was like being able to see, considering the smooth transition. Jake was marvelous throughout my stay at the hotel. It's not the most luxurious hotel. Nonetheless, I recommend it highly.
