  Excellent staff, very courteuos, and willing to accommodate any needs whatsoever with a smile. No other hotel I have been to anywhere in the world has arranged a staff member to help me do some souvenir shopping in the market. They even went to that extent !! I had e-mailed her several times before our booking and she promptly e-mailed me back. When I entered on the day of booking, she was very helpful and diligently helped me with our reservation.She is an asset to the Rose Hotel.

  The hotel is well located, niear Shin- Yokohama station (shinkansen, jr lines and subway). However remember that Shin-yokohama is not the same as Yokohama and you need to take a train to get to the centre of the town The location is very convenient if you have a jr Pass and you plan to take shinkansen in order to go to places like Kyoto, Osaka or ... 别人怎么说 » even to downtown Tokyo. The staff was very helpful. I made a reservation for a non smoking room, but apparently it was a smoking one but deodorized.
