The staff were fantastic, even the ones with little English. The room was spotless. Our kids loved the traditional bedding and the staff were also very kind to the kids. Its a reasonably close to Shibuya but work out the easy back streets it saves heaps of time. We checked out at 10am but were not flying out to 8pm. The manager was happy for us to use the showers at the end of the day even though we had checked out and he provided us with fresh towels. I highly recommend this hotel.
所有评语 » Really lovely staff. They speak english which was really good after 16hrs of travel. The rooms were very comfortable. Room was a pretty good size. Had no problems with noise from outside or from other guests. Pretty good location. Only 15 mins from Shiduya station which means it's connected to everywhere in Tokyo. Also nice to come back to the hotel and have hot water for tea waiting. A lovely touch. Traditional Japanese guest-house type hotel. Nice peaceful location with a small but nice garden in front. Rather good english speaking charming elderly staff with the full amount of Japanese service and style. Nice 15 min walk to Shibuya Station, easy to find your way. A short 10 minute walk to the heart of Shibuya. Shibuya crossing. Close to cafes, food ,shopping. A friend, myself and 2 10 month old babies stayed and the staff were so lovely and helpful. Really nice stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. 15 min walk from Shibuya station Bus to Shibuya station every minute just outside.. Very good value for the money.Nice spa. Friendly staff who speaks good english, not far from Shibuya Subway station, very clean and nice rooms with tatami floor. Not expensive (it's Tokyo anyway!). The location is very near Shibuya shopping area, at much lower cost than the Shibuya-hotels. The people are very friendly and do their best to help. Perfect location. Very clean and a welcome sight for a new traveller. Just a quick walk to Tokyo's nightlife and culture. Excellent Staff, traditional Japanese Tatami Mats, Yukata and Tea/Cookies. Excellent WiFi, simple and quiet. Very nice and clean japanese style room, very close to Shibuya station (ten minutes walk). extremely helpful and courteous staff. Very clean. Quiet yet central. We liked the traditional type rooms and the location. Comfortable futons and hot bath. Close to transport. Service was ok and the warm atmosphere. friendly staff. the staff were nice and the beds comfortable. The rooms could do with a very small fridge but that's about it. Only one shower for the floor which didn't turn out to be a problem while I was there but could be an issue if it was busier or was in a rush. The room did not have a water boiler. NB: If you leave the hotel but will return, take good marks where the Hotel Fukudaya entrance is, because you can not see it from the street. It is a bit hard to find without a good map. The Japanese room has seen its best days: the paper screen had dark stains on the paper and the toilet was rather smelly. Nothing!. It is about 15 minutes from Shibuya, but a minute from a bus ride to the station. Regardless, we enjoyed the walk but for those that do not like to walk, they will need to hop on the bus. Nothing. (1) There was smoke of tobacco all over the hotel. The smoke came partly inside the hotel room , too. This irritated my briething and I did not feel it nice. 煙草の煙は廊下などで大変強くて部屋の中まで住み込みました。タバコはあのような小さいホテルで禁煙した方- がよいではないでしょうか。 (2)There was no refrigerator or fridge in the room was very inconvenient. 部屋の中は冷蔵庫がなくてとても不便でした。. the shower wasn't very clean.
