  Everything is fine. Very convenient as it is pretty close to a subway station and has a convenience store at the ground floor, which is open around the clock. The room is spacious, well-functioned, very clean, so that how comfortable it is to stay. Also it has a good view of a Ferris wheel ahead of the window of the room. Overall, I cannot recommend better - The room is nice and very big compare to other hotels (30 sqr m) with sofa and work table in the room. There is wifi everywhere in the hotel and also in room. Convenient store is just downstair. Location is good and very near to subway station.

It is connected to Sapporo Station via underground tunnel. The hotel staff was pleasant. English was limited but they went out of their way to be accommodating. Breakfast buffet was excellent and better than most hotels in Japan. Restaurant Rondo on the top floor was also excellent with great views.
