Everything about it get facility's right next door to the Baseball Dome near the Hard Rock Café great shops in the foyer area and closed to the shopping mall with over 100 shops all walking distance and all rooms have spectacular views over the bay I can't say enough something like 5 bars 8 restaurants some 30 shops all in the Hilton Hotel bus stops on the ground floor with buses to the city every 15 minutes

Clean and comfortable hotel. We booked a non smoking room. When we arrived in the room it was smelting smoke. We got a new room right away which was a lot better. Although in Japan it seems difficult to get a really non smoking room. Especially in hotels which exist a little longer. However this hotel is perfect base for exploring Kumamoto and surrounding.

This hotel is new and very comfortable compared to the hotel I stayed to the previous 2 nights. They offer a massage service either in the room or downstairs. Beautiful location and views are incredible. All the rooms face out onto the bay and the incredible scenery. There is a wonderful bath facility and funky pool/aqua center that we enjoyed using. The hotel is also on a large property with walking trails which was very fun to explore. -
