  The room and the bed were a good size for a single room, by Japanese standards. The welcome we received on our arrival was really great, especially Mr Saido who was very helpful and immediately assisted us even before us asking. We had a room with three beds and it was comfortable for three people. It was very clean and all the extra tolietries were a nice touch. The location was great just blocks from the subway and trains. We used the subway and train our entire trip it was so convenient. I definitely recommend this hotel for business or leisure.

  We love this hotel, it was very clean, comfort, convenient and well-trained staffs. Little quiet if compare with the other big city's location but we prefer staying at this hotel. Called house-keeping for child slippers for my daughters and were delivered within 10 minutes.
