  I booked this hotel because of its good reviews and after staying there for four nights, I can say that I'm not surprised that it is rated so highly. In this price range this hotel is perfect. Firstly the location, right between Harajuku and Shibuya.   I've stayed here a couple of times as it is, and I always love it. I know what to expect and I'm never disappointed. Great toiletries in the bathroom, good bed, there's an electric kettle and a beverage vending machine for each guest floor including a washer and dryer!   What i liked most about Hyatt Regency is the location; excellent location, very close to Shinjuku station. And if you are not in the mood for the 5 minute walk to the station, there is the complimentary shuttle bus which leaves from the hotel every 20 minutes to Shinjuku station and Odakyu dept store. While the local staff were polite they did not hand over enough information such that I repeated myself three times about my Michel Troisgros booking. Access to pool and gym should not be restricted to Passport members but all guests!

They greet you every single time you walk into the hotel. We made good use of the washing machine, dryer and microwave inside the room.
