The wait staff and the lovely woman who welcomed us to our rooms were wonderful, friendly and spoke goo - Where does one start with Yuzuya? I stayed for two glorious nights and the place is amazing. Worth every penny: the room is beautiful, with antiques and everything just so. The highlight is the food! I had two dinners and both were some of the best food I have ever eaten. Exquisitely presented on Kyoto pottery, each dish was a work of art. Breakfast was also amazing. This is a very special place- stay here if you can.
