  The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I checked in around 10pm on Friday, 11 October, and I asked the staff for help to purchase tickets to a concert. The staff went above and beyond their duty to help me obtain tickets for a concert, considering I came from Guam to see the concert. Had a fantastic afternoon in Narita Town and visited Shrine which was the most amazing I have seen in Japan so far, very peaceful and not crowded. Easy check in and check out. We had dinner at the hotel and it was very enjoyable. We would definitely stay there again. A great find, thankyou letsbookhotel.com

  Since we are a family of four, I had to book two rooms and for the price I got a very good deal. The rooms were small but I knew it when I booked but there was still a little sofa in teh room where a child could sleep. The rooms were clean and the shower was great. We got the room with breakfast and I donot remember if it came with the room (I - I stayed for 2 nights before flying home. It was a "real adult hotel" very posh. Lovely place. I liked the wee garden with the patio even though it was too windy to use it when I was there. There are a couple very posh resturants which I didn't use but there is also a less pricey eatery on the basement level and you can also always get hot chips from the vending machine.
