  We stayed here because reasonably priced accommodation in Kyoto was booked out. The location is perfect if you want to be near Shin Osaka station and take the 15 minute train ride to Kyoto (using Japan Rail Pass) every day. Good clean rooms with a lot of toile - The room was great, just right for a solo traveller. There was a nice big bed, a tv just the right size and a little pot for boiling water and making a nice cup of green tea. The location is good as well, even though it isn't in Osaka city itself. But it is right across the road from Shin-Osaka station which is a big interchange with the subway and Shinkansen. Breakfast was included in my room rate which was great, it meant I started each day on a full tummy!
