The staff was excellent. The day before leaving I asked the young lady at the front desk..I'm not sure what her name was..how to get a taxi to take my son and myself to Knutsford Express bus depot. She stated that she will have a taxi ready to pick us up by 6:30am to take us to the bus depot. Charles, the driver, was waiting outside from 6am. The room was very clean and cold. I will definitely stay the next time I am in town.
