Staff was extremely friendly and helpful . Very close to the neach and the popular hip strip. The hotel was a nice surprise bc you never really know when you book online . We were very pleased with our stay and would def stay again. The restaurant in the hotel was some of the best good we had during our entire stay . -

All inclusive and the drinks were good and not watered down as some have said! Good location close to popular part of Montego Bay. Nice ocean view rooms (mostly!). Good food and good selection. Plenty of entertainment. Friendly staff. Secure location. -

I traveled with my elderly mother. The staff were great. Very responsive, accommodating and helpful. I want to give a special shout out to Petra-Gaye, Abigail, Christopher and Sheralyne (sp?). I liked the location of the hotel, right on the hip strip. It was not noisy at night and in the day my mother could sit on the balcony and look out. Break

Staff was very nice and accommodated late check out request. Made dinner reservations for us and called taxi's for rides. Very nice location, across from the beach and near tons of shops. My fiance, our 3 years old daughter and myself had a FANTASTIC time...Doctors Cave Beach was just GREAT!!! Our daughter was in full flight the whole time. Breakfast we enjoyed; the view and all...The Staff. We had one shortcoming and it was addressed as soon as the words came out of our mouth...We will be back. Yes, we were impressed!!!
