  The staff there was attentive and extremely helpful. They carried our bags up the stairs (yes, stairs, no elevator), but what do you expect for a smaller and quiet little nest out in the heart of Venice. Wifi is free and its fast!!!   We were positively surprised how the staff is friendly and make all guests feel like in their own home. All the staff were suberb; they spoke good english, they smiled and they could not have been more helpful.
