  Location is great, staff are friendly. We were upgraded to a magnificent large room at no extra charge. The hotel is on a quiet street close to San Marco square. With outside tables by a picturesque canal and with tables in an interior courtyard this hotel is our idea of a perfect place to stay in Venizia. It is the only hotel I have been in in Europe where I could do this.
