Very helpful getting our bags to the room, which was no easy task as I was travelling for three weeks and required vacation and work clothes!   This is my second visit to the wonderful hotel and it will not be my last! The location is amazing, only 1 bridge to cross with your suit case from the water stop, situated minutes from San Marco and the Grand Canal. We were initally concerned it was going to be a dinghy place but we were pleasantly surprised.

  This is an good hotel for a family. The hotel staff was excellent! They really went out of their way to accommodate us. We also enjoyed having a family room as these are hard to come by.
