  A wonderful place to stay Great location, right on the water. A modern hotel built into an historic building. The room was adequate in size and amenities. Parking is close, but it is in the blue spaces so you need to be collecting coins to feed the meter. It is away from the cr - My family and I loved every minute of our stay at the beautifully renovated La Gancia! We stayed with a 4 month old baby and the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and happy! From the moment we arrived and were shown where park the car, and the luggage bought to our room when we got back to the moment we left when the luggage was kindly loaded into our car for us. They even helped us sort out a parking fine we incurred on an outing around the city. Breakfast was great - The B&B is very conviniently located in the heart of Trapani. The owner, Aldo, was very friendly and recommended beaches and local restaurants. The room, although comfortable, lacked charm and light. I would definitely go back for the location and the friendliness of the staff but not for an extended stay. The B&B provided a breakfast at a local pastry shop nearby (coffee and a pastry).   I thought the Residence was very nice and very well run. Our apartment was comfortable and elegant. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was brilliant. - Fantastic staff and super clean. Very central location and close to everything. There was a small problem with the hotel wifi and staff worked very quickly to sort it.

  The owner is great and there when ever you need advise or help. He explained all the things we can do, day trips and restaurants to visit. The apartments were clean and modern very comfortable.   Everything- The location, close to (but not close enough to disturb) major roads links to Erice, Alcamo, Palermo, Brini Airport or Selinute, and of course Trapani, with good parking. Food wise, excellent, dined both evening and breakfast. The room is set out nicely, small but not cramped, with nice bathroom products. Not being a big resort, it does not carry with it the pedestrian traffic in bigger hotels. Would definitely recommend to someone looking for a quiet place to stay close to the city.
