The rooms were apartment-like, which was awesome, because we had a tendency to get up early morning and not everything was open and thus we could make our own breakfast. The rooms very clean and the owners were very helpful, easy to talk with, and super nice. The apartments are in the heart of Trapani, which gave us an awesome view of the street life. We got more than we expected. The B&B met our highest expectations. Antonio helped us in all ways to make us comfortable. Rooms were spotless, location very centrally located and there was even controlled free parking at the near central station. All in all an excellent cost/value proposition. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone.
所有评语 » The Residence was in a wonderful location. The apartment itself was exactly as they had described. Large well appointed rooms, very helpful attentive staff. A fab place to base yourself to visit the wonderful sights of Sicily.Would definitely stay there again. We absolutely loved this place. Clean, modern and very spacious, especially the suite with own terrace. The owners are very helpful. Absolute in historic center of Trapani. Well done Palazzo Ossuna, one time we will come back. Great location in the centre of town, tons of places nearby where you can eat, apartment was clean and comfortable, staff is friendly and very efficient. It's very central in Trapani. Excellent location. Very helpful staff, clean and spacious apartment with modern Ikea fittings. Position is perfect for the old town. Layout of apartment Cleanliness Location Space. Location. No remarks. Difficult to find major issues. Perhaps the only one is that the B&B whilst located very central was a challenge to locate and because of many hills/steps perhaps not so easy for the elderly after a long journey or when it is dark outside. This issue should not be an issue for the majority of up & go travelers. The apartment although very well appointed, was internal and therefore no opening windows. Which for us was the only down side to our stay. We loved everything. Parking is complicated and nights tend to be noisy on streets outside but since this is an Italian town it isn't really surprising. At a location like this it's only natural. Room had no direct fresh air as there were no opening windows. Apart from that was all good. Long flights of stairs up to the apartment. Unintentional noise from other guests when using these stairs at all hours of the night (ie catching early flights). No lift!! (6 flights stairs max - two flights for every floor) no real cooking facilities only hob. nothing. The staff was nice. However, the person in charge wasn't very nice. The wifi never worked in our apartment. Only by the reception office. Shower ran a bit hot and cold. No kettle in the room. Some outside space would be nice. No elevator :(. You could hear lots of movement between other rooms. Room has no direct fresh air.
