  We have booked the regular room and got a very big one, with a great, big balcony with the view to the lake. The room was clean, but very very old with the furniture, I think from 70es... Then we upgraded to the Deluxe Room and it was totally great, everything new and nice. Although we needed to pay extra 20 EUR/day. But at the same time the place is really calm, which is totally perfect f - The location was superb with a wonderful view from the 3rd floor facing (west) the Lake-front of Maderno. The room was very comfortable and the balcony was very roomy with a stunning view. Maderno is fairly good for ferries on Garda; not as good as some for connections but we did lots of travelling around and discovering lots of new villages.
