  The Staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful and friendly. They are just there when you need them and ready to help! The place was very nice, there's a jacuzzi, a sauna and other stuff. It is a quiet hotel apart from passing traffic and the views of the lake are magnificent. It is a good location, half way up the east side of the lake so great for exploring north and south.

  The hotel was well-run and kept clean. It was pleasant without being spectacular, which is exactly what we wanted and were expecting. By far, the best aspect of the hotel was the staff. All were pleasant and helpful, but big thanks go to the man at reception (who seemed to do almost every job in the place) and the night porter (who couldn't speak ... 别人怎么说 » English but helped us have a great time nonetheless). I would definitely return. - It had single rooms which is an asset for solo travellers. Very pleasant breakfast room and grounds with pool. One staff member spoke English and was very friendly.
