Friendly staff (local couple), excellent personal service. The atmosphere is more like a BandB than a hotel. Breakfast was very good, and the entire hotel was clean and well cared for. - Very friendly, helpful owners who took pride in their hotel. Glass of prosecco on arrival - a nice touch. Close to the lakeside and the old part of a lovely town.

A well run hotel with great friendly and efficient staff. They have two good restaurants. Upstairs is a gourmet quality one with nice balcony seating in good weather. The street level restaurant has a great view of the lake, the piazza and the promenade. It is a good spot for families. The service in both restaurants is excellent as is the food.

Everything at this hotel was great! The young man at reception upon our arrival was exceptionally helpful. Our room was delightful, and had a balcony overlooking the lake, and the ferry departure point.
