  We chose the Al Caval for its location by the lake. Our room had a balcony with glimpses of the lake through the trees. Not a huge room but comfortable with everything we needed for an overnight stay. Easy to find and good car parking. Our room had a fridge and a large terrace. Breakfast was the best of the three hotels we stayed in at Lake Garda. Staff very friendly and eager to please. Good price.   A well run hotel with great friendly and efficient staff. They have two good restaurants. Upstairs is a gourmet quality one with nice balcony seating in good weather.
