Only 3 km from Tavarnelle in Val di Pesa, the ultra-modern Morrocco Chianti Village has a quiet location in the Tuscan countryside. Its contemporary apartments are set around a large pool. Opened in 2012, this brand-new property is set in the hills of the Chianti wine region. It is 30 minutes' drive from Siena and from the hill town of San Gimignano.

The hospitality and kindness of the personnel (from reception, to the cleaning staff) was extraordinary - with special thanks to the local dj from Poggibonsi. The rooms where kept clean perfectly and on a daily basis. Ideal, central location to visit many cities/villages in Tuscany and Chianti and plenty of opportunities for great walks/hikes. We really loved our large balcony and also enjoyed the dinner in the restaurant and their cocktail bar. The swimming pool was basic, but a very welco.

(Only 1-2 km from the idea balloon Hot Air Balloon Ride Launch Location; approximately halfway between Siena and Florence; less than a 5-10 minute drive to 'Casa Emma' Vineyard for their excellent Wine Tasting/Tour.) Excellent and helpful staff. Brand new and fully equipped apartment-style hotel. Our large balcony had an exceptional view of the Tuscan vineyards and scenery, which made our morning coffee and afternoon-evening wine drinking an exceptional experience! Very good. This hotel is very nice comfortable and has excellent location. We received one bad room appartment that was spacious enough and fully equiped with refrigerator,electric oven, dish washing machine,microvave and kitchen necessity. From balcony opened brethtaking view on Tuscany hills. The hotel located in 30 km distanse from Siena and Florence in the heart of Chianty. I would recommend it as best place in Tuscany. Perfect location 30 km to Siena and the same distance to Florence. Near by many of vineyards. Very nice views from balcony. Apartment it self, very comfortable everything was build only one year ago so all still nice and "fresh". Nice pool and sunbeds if you looking for some relax. Very tasty food in Restaruant in reasonable prices. Friendly staff:) We higlhy recommend this place and for sure will come back :). - Great staff! They were amazing, they left you to your doing, but when they were required, they were there quickly and whatever issues sorted out efficiently! - location, nearby Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Greve. Very clean hotel. we had some minor noise nuisances in the nighttime from our neighbours below (a group who liked to have a small party every night), but this isn't to blame on the accomodation. Also, we kind of missed an electric kettle to boil some water for tea etc. Nothing at all!. It must be noted that you need a car to make full use of this apartment's location! (More a caveat than a dislike). No sat-tv (just local channels) Absolutely empty kitchen on arrive - no tea, no coffee, no water even no salt/pepper. The hotel shall describe more detail of driving direction in the Web site as Google located a wrong position in the Google map. Nothing!. Lack of in house laundry, which we had expected.Bathrooms could be improved by replacing shower curtains with screens. none. There where no washing machine and no electric catle. The extreme lack of public transport. Hotel Information stated there was Public Transport available a short distance from hotel in Morocco. There certainly was a bus shelter there but the bus schedule was extremely limited. Very difficult to get around as this accommodation is somewhat out of the way. Have your own transport and it's great!.
