The apartment was tastefully designed and furnished, every thing was very clean, there is a pool (though the water were COLD!!) our apartment was located in the second building which didn't have the indoor pool and the sauna, but you could easily pop into the next door building which is a part of Acqua Resort and use them. The kitchen is well equipped only thing missing was a spatula, we were able to cook various meals which is great when traveling with children.

I recommend. Receptionist on Aqua was most helpful and could not do enough for us , excellent English The free bikes were a great way iof getting around Sirmione old town is a must see once in a lifetime castle. The apartment was spacious and well designed with good air conditioning. The pool was a good size and depth especially for kids and the spa was lovely. The free bikes were great. the staff were friendly and helpful, the apartment was very very nice. there was a supermarket within walking distance and overall this was a really nice place to stay. The apartments were spacious, clean, comfortable, modern and secure. The use of the free bikes was brilliant for getting around Sirmione. The decor was beautiful and the apartment was spotless. The hot tub and sauna were a nice amenity at the end of a long drive. Very spacious comfortable apts and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool and gardens well maintained. brand new apartment in a quiet residential area, nice balcony, clean, parking in viscinity, elevator. everything was great! the apartments are really nice, staff is helpful and Sirmione is beautiful!. - size of apartments, kitchen facilities - nice pool - good position close to the lake. Comfortable place, nice and quiet area. Car parking and near the lake. Clean, the staff was very nice and friendly, good place for relaxing. very beautiful, clean, good for couple+2, with swimmingpool. Every thing was very nice and in very good location. the check-out was expanded to 11am :). even better than we think. everything was super!!!. All in all, the room was nice and relatively clean. The hotel has a Jacuzzi, Sauna and treadmilll and just a 5 minute drive to central Sirmione. The staff was nice and accommodating. The Shower was fantastic - very hot water and great pressure. free cycle hire. Very helpful staff. Use of hotel mistral down the road,. Suite clean and well maintained. Modern and clean rooms. only the apartment. No oven/microwave in the kitchen. A bit far from the centre, you would need a car or you could just cycle as many people do. The sofa bed was HARD... Garbage has to be taken to a 200m distance trash. Wifi not great. The kitchen area was neat and there was only a hob with two rings and a microwave. This was OK but an oven on extra rings would have been handy. A washing machine would also be a useful addition. the only negative thing i can say was that the pillows were too hard. It says full kitchen but there was no oven. very hard matreess, uncomfortable to sleep. we came by bus from Desenzano and at first it was difficult to find the place so we had to take a taxi, but later it was easy to get to know the town. - no chance to buy coffee, water or beer in the apartments. Check out is already at 10am - a little early for a sunday... leaving the hotel after a few days....no light above the couch. It was not possible to read on the couch . Overall, the room felt a bit 'cheap'. A few things were a bit annoying: (i) the stove top works just with metallic pots and the ones they had were not very good, (ii) there were a few mosquitoes even though it was October, (iii) no washing machine, (iv) the TV did not have all the cable channels and pay per view did not work, (v) there were strict instructions on taking out the trash and (vi) the fridge wasn't on when we got there so it took a while for it to get cool. Beware this Resort is not really in someone. The old town is quite along cycle ride away. Vantilation for bathroom is not exist and for kitchen is poor. The wifi is very bad in blue building, I have to go outside apartment in the stairs to get signal. Internet was not working most of the time Lights not working in the bathroom (fortunatly there was a little window) The roof was making rather noise cracking sounds at night Sauna had a large window facing the street where peope passing by can see you When we arrived at about 2 pm noone was there to check us in - had to call an italian number. 1.00 INTERNET SAFETY AND COULD NOT CONNCT. -THER WAS NO ONE TO TALK OR ASK FOR HELP.... -COULD NOT TURN THE TV... AND WE HAVE COMPLITED OUR MUCH MONEY FOR THIS BAD SERVICE.... -AND I THINK IT'S ENOUGH TO REALIZE HOW BAD WE WERE THER.... We were building blue Rooms pictures look much more impressive. Garden outside the room in the picture - is the second part of the hotel is very remote. Internet room was not at all!!! Although it is included in the price! We turned several times and each time receptionist told us a technician to arrive. Kitchen were basic things: electric kettle, microwave, dishwasher and soap dishes. I have not been coming to this hotel again.
