  Breakfast buffet was excellent; I wish we had booked a reservation for dinner at the restaurant, but we were so anxious to see the city we did not. The room was lovely (we stayed in #107) but I saw #105 and it was even more lovely. Quiet, so you can sleep late and the bed was extremely comfortable. Very friendly helpful staff made our stay very enjoyable. This villa is a winery and the wine tour and tasting is excellent and half price if you are staying at the Villa. Very happy we stayed outside of Siena as it was very hot in the city, but cool at the Villa. Great views over Siena at night. Highly recommended.

  Everything! Nicola was an exceptionally friendly host, and his family were wonderful even though their English was not as good as his. The castello and grounds were beautiful and the views from the tower room were literally breathtaking. This was probably the single best stay my wife and I have had in our lives.
