  the friendly, hospitable staff and the location to the city - The location of the hotel was great. A 15-20 minute walk into the town center or a bus stop across the street can get you there in less than 5. Our room was large and clean and the breakfast was good too. The staff didn't speak a lot of English but they were friendly and accomodating.

  Everything! Nicola was an exceptionally friendly host, and his family were wonderful even though their English was not as good as his. The castello and grounds were beautiful and the views from the tower room were literally breathtaking. This was probably the single best stay my wife and I have had in our lives.   The staff was super nice and hospitable. They waited up for us to arrive after midnight! The room and bathrooms were clean. It was very close to the Sienna's city center and parking was included and accessible. The fresh pastries were delicious and warm. The location is great, but if you're sensitive to noise and care about the quality of your sleep then make sure you're not getting the street view room. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, I wo - If you want to feel the atmosphere of a small, typical medieval city, this hotel gives you everything you need. Located on a narrow street, it is part of the fine city-fabric and is right next to the main square. The staff is great, ready to help, polite and friendly. I even got a 120€ parking ticket and they helped me reduce it to 40€. Hats down to you guys.

  We received a superb welcome by the very friendly staff who had left us two bottles of their own oil as it was our honeymoon. The apartment was very big for just two of us and though the kitchen is small we still cooked in it every day. The pool is lovely and very clean. Convinient grocery shop about one kilometer away (kind of dangerous road to walk along though). Be aware of reception working hours.

  Staff is extra nice. Out of the ordinary nice. Really, the best point in the Hostel. Shared twim rooms are a good solution if you want to avoid the giant dorm experience (my case). The rooms lack any charm but are clean and well kept, so are the shared bathrooms (yet the place was quite empty during my very short stay, in November).
