  We were forced to arrive much later than expected and the staff were very accommodating to our cirumstances. You wouldn't have this service in a chain hotel. - Breakfast was good, Pool great in hot weather, Air con worked and was fairly quiet. Hosts were friendly.

  Francesca was very friendly and helpful, place is nice, quiet and with a great view. It is real Tuscan style and that makes it romantic.
