  The service & food were excellent, both in the hotel (set themed dinner menu) and the linked restaurant (a la carte), and our suite was very comfortable - jacuzzi bath, separate shower, balcony.   This was a wonderful place to stay in Val Gardena. It is easily accessible; outside the center, close to the main road which is a big advantage, unlike most other hotels/pensions which are up in slopes and access is very difficult by steep and narrow streets. This was perfect from location point of view. Very nice relax zone (though it is small, so try not to attend during "hot hour: 4-5 pm") Fantastic cuisine and very fresh! The rooms are not big, but well equipped and comfortable. Bus stop is really 100 meters away and they also provide a hotel transfer to the mountain in the morning. I definitely recommend it for staying if you go for skiing and want a quiet family owned place.
