  Ease of finding and access. Lovely views of Lake Tresimeno. Helpful receptionist when changing my friend's room. Local ferry ride to Isla Polvese and a walk around the island was defintely worth it. - We enjoyed every moment of our stay at Tre Isole - it was a bit quiet being out of season - but very relaxing.   excellent staff and owners. beautiful setting, lovely pool. Relaxing, quiet. Great location for day trips in Umbria. Generally a marvelous place - Location is great for visits to Perugia, Assisi etc. Marvellous view of the Lago Trasimeno. Good base for mtb. Friendly and attentive owners.

  A convenient hotel on the lake shore of Lago Trasiemo. The hotel room itself was large, with a living room, kitchinette and double bedroom and balcony, which was more than adequate for our needs. Also the hotel had a pool. table tennis table and bikes we could use to ride along the lake.

  Superb location by the lake - lovely view. Shame it was not warmer - having breakfast in the garden would have been really lovely. Our host was extremely welcoming. - I felt at home! The owner is very attentive and recommended nice restaurants. Very good located!

  The building had been updated using rustic quality materials which produced a lovely original Italian feel to the rooms. Our apartment was provided with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge cooker and even dishwasher). Each bedroom was provided with air conditioning which allowed you to get a really good night’s sleep in the heat.
