Very helpful and friendly owner. Lovely breakfast with homemaker jams. Villa is a good 20mins walk from the centre of San Leone, we had a car so this was ok, but not ideal location for those without. Pool was being filled when we got there and then was told hadn't been cleaned so we didn't use it. Pool is less luxurious than it looks in the photos.
