If you like to stay in an apartment rather than a hotel then this is for you. It's an old fashioned building and the room is spacious with lovely parquet flooring. You are greeted by a fab Italian man who gives you the necessary info to get by and the pizzas down the road a bit are to die for! The apartment is very near Trastevere station so you don't need a bus or tram. Stay here on a Saturday night so you can get up early and go to the market round the corner before all the tourists hit th.
所有评语 » Very well located, in front the tram station and only a couple of blocks away from Trastevere train station. Very clean room, new bathroom a balcony and very good attention by the staff. In a beautiful zone, less touristic and more visited by locals. Close to one of the biggest flea markets which made our visit to Rome more interesting. Good value for money. A great place to stay when you are planning to stay all day outside visiting the city. Location is near Train Station Roma Trastevere and tram station which will get you to the popular attraction sites. However, the location is 10-15 minutes walk away from the central Trastevere area. As this was our second visit to Rome, the location was not a major consideration but if you would like to stay near the main tourist attractions, then this may not be in your high priority list. Pakistani man with excellent English now runs the hotel for the Italian owner. Very comfortable and clean. Stayed in a triple room - comfortable enough. Area is very close to the tourist sights and tram stop is immediately downstairs. Area used to be working class so is not the most beautiful but is cosmopolitan and quite trendy with good places to eat. The staff is very helpful and friendly, the room is clean, the breakfast is excellent. The city-centre is easy to reach, only a 10-15 minute travel. The Trastevere train station is also close, approx. 2 minutes by foot. This was our second stay. Good location to the train station and the tram to central Rome. Staff most helpful. Laundry shop a few doors away was open on a Sunday. Shops in the vacinity had good value for money. Hasaun (spelling?) was wonderful. He was friendly and very hospitable, explaining how to get around the city and making us cappuccino every morning:). Staff was helpful and accommodating Small but clean nice balcony view. Easy to find in taste être area. staff was flexible, apartment was clean, had an own key to come and go any time, breakfast was fair. Right accros the street is an excellent restaurant. I liked everything. The hotel is excellent... Good service and helpful staff. We need very early checkout and breakfast. Although they cannot provide breakfast earlier than 8:30, they gave us breakfast ticket from the nearby cafe. Very nice service and I must give the staff a Like. Goods: In Trastevere which has a lot of nice places to eat after a day long travel. Clean rooms Helpful Hassan Free WiFi. tv in the room quiet bathroom friendly staff. It is so far so good. The rooms are thin so you can hear noisy neighbours coming in late. Bring your ear plugs!. Although it is called Trastevere Resort B&B, none of its characteristics is of a resort, so is good to keep that in mind. There was no way to pay with credit card so we had to pay in cash. That is not very good when you travel on a budget and plan to pay all the accommodation with card to keep the cash. Staff couldn't speak English which makes communication difficult and challenging at times. We were requested to pay only in cash as they claimed that the credit card machine was down. It is next to a crowdy road so sleeping with open window is not an option. Fortunately there is an air-conditioner in the room. For first timer visitors to the hotel it may be a bit difficult to find. Our room patio was shared with the guests next door who were not friendly. e-mail communication is a bit tricky :). Breakfast can be provided in wider variety. Cons: There is no one at the reception in the nights. So something goes wrong like air con not working then god be with you. Breakfast is minimalistic. The italian owner insists on not having the breakfast in your room, but there is no place to sit down for a proper breakfast. no refrigirator in the room no view, no balcony no shower gel or shampoo. We had to wait for the receptionist to open the door for us. It seemed that he was always late. I didn't receive any email from him and I had sent him at least 3 to confirm about the date and time of arrival. Unreliable, questionable.
