The location. It's only a 5-minute walk from Cavour Metro station, 10-minute walk to Colosseum, and 15-20 minutes to other major attractions in Rome. The owner/manager Felipo was very friendly and helpful. He gave us many local information including "the" best ice cream place in Italy. The price was very reasonable. We paid only 150 Euros for 2 nights' stay for a family of five. A very cosy and nicely decorated one room apartment. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is excellent and the entrance is through a beautiful old gate on a calm and picturesque street.
