We loved the great location of this cute, warm and friendly 2 story
apartment! It was across the street from the Coliseum and in a local
neighborhood. Roomy and comfortable for an apartment and bed in the
loft was extremely comfortable. Loved having kitchen available to make
breakfast as well as store foods, wine, etc while we were there. It was
great to be able to relax at the dining room table and out in the
little courtyard attached to the back room den and 2nd bedroom space.

Great location in Trastevere. Nice apartment with plenty of space. Felt like home. Good closet space with hangers. Slept good in bed. Not much street noise, so did not break sleep. Nice, but small, kitchen with washing machine. No problem to cook there. Enjoyed our stay, and would come back to explore more of lovely Trastevere. Oh, and don't miss a visit in the Botanic Garden around the corner!.
We had a two bedroom apartment near the pantheon. Location was fantastic. The size of apartment was big. Very clean. Great wifi. Washing machine a great plus. Definite recommend but only for this apartment as they run others that I am unaware of.
that the apartment was close to a market that was open everyday and supplied fresh fruit, veg, cheese etc at value prices!
The apartment was very roomy and well stocked with cooking utensils.
Absolutely wonderful! The kind man meeting us, explaining everything and arranging a car when we left. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable. Definitely will be back.
Great location! We walked everywhere in Rome, we were close enough to everything so we never needed to use transportation. Beautiful apartment and very comfortable.
Perfect location ! Most of the tourist sites available by foot within 2 kilometers and the Bar del Fico almost under the window (need to experience that atmospere:).

The shower is pretty small but plenty of hot water so that made it
better. The mattress on the pull out couch in the 2nd bedroom/den
was not as comfortable. One side was hard, the other really soft, but
not a deal breaker at all.
All was nice, just minor things, nothing that would keep us from returning, but still worth mentioning. Toilet flushing system was a bit strange, weak. Towels should be replaced with new, feel more fresh. Same with bed, could be upgraded with some IKEA things)) And make it to be one large bed, without separation in middle.
Had to pay in cash and was not aware of that.

The water supply Hot water was good and quick if there was any water.
Unit seems to be at the end of the water supply for the complex dont expect water at peak times.
The towels and pillows were not clean properly, the mattress was not comfortable.

The apartment was not well cleaned and has a bad smell in the rooms. The
internet connection was not working.
