The stay at Deko Rome was just fantastic! The owners were warm, friendly, super helpful and did everything they could to make our stay wonderful - you really feel like you are their guest and they go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. When you arrive, Marco takes out a map, highlights the key attractions, recommends wonderful local favorites for meals/drinks and warns about tourist traps. 所有评语 » This is a small hotel - about 6 rooms in a large building in the Embassy region of the City. so it is very quiet and has a safe feeling. The hotel is very new and the room we had was excellent, very comfortable and modern. there was an ipad in the room for our use which was a very nice touch. the best things about this hotel though are Sereba and Marco who make you feel so welcome. It really is like staying with friends. They know the city so well and tell you all the best places to go, how to . We really loved this boutique hotel. Clean, stylish and very comfortable room, good breakfast. The location was very convenient - walking distance from many attractions and shopping streets, not far from the metro. The owners are warm, charming young couple. Marco and Serena were very helpful and caring hosts. We are very grateful for all the recommendations and directions and help they gave us. We'll definitely recommend this hotel to all our friends and hope to stay there again some time!. My parents have just returned and remarked upon how hospitable the couple who run the boutique hotel are. They assisted with various questions I had in relation to their journey and provided a restaurant recommendation. The area is highly safe and seems the perfect stay 'when in Rome.' My mother and father were greeted with Prosecco upon arrival. The hosts Marco and Serena are wonderful!!! They are very welcoming and will do anything to help. The accomodation is an easy walk to most of the important tourist destinations. Easily the best place I've stayed in a month and a half of traveling. Would recommend to anyone!!!. They know Rome and are anxious to share their city with you. Staff are very attentive and helpful. They provide insightful info about how to get around in Rome. Location is safe and not too far from metro station. Very casual stay, the environment you can't find in 5-star hotel. Everything was perfect! Serena and Marco are very kind. In a lovely safe area of Rome near the Villa Borghese. The room was lovely and large and also spotlessly clean. It also had free wifi and use of an iPad. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Nothing, except that someone is probably staying in our room now :-(. Not much. Perhaps some Kleenex in the room. But you can't leave this facility without a warm feeling. None. Nothing. Not a real negative, but there is no visible sign outside as they have the small hotel (6 rooms) on the 2nd floor of an office building. I have to say that the insonorisation is awfull. You can hear everything little event happening in your neighbour's bathroom (shower, voices, flush,...) Breakfast is large but full industrial, nothing to see with a 4stars hotel buffet. No fresh bread or eggs and bacon... A little bit if a walk to some of the sites but a very safe area and that is a good trade off. Nothing. Nothing. this is a bed and breakfast run by inexperienced staff, there are no common areas and breakfast is a disappointment.
