The location was amazing!, In the jewish ghetto with more everyday italian life and good resturants instead of tourists everywhere and crappy expensive places to eat. The host Marco was great! A funny and very warm person, helpful,nice and cool. The room we stayed had a an excellent view of rooftops and was big with tall ceilings, cable, flat screen, and carpeted floors with warm and comfortable colors.

So if you want a room whith a private bathroom and which is payable and near to the centre.... This is your place!. Best location for very low price.We could get to all monuments up to 10 mins by walking. We loved enviroment and rooms. The staff of this hotel are really nice.Great location. 10 mins walk to piazza novona, colosseum, piazza Venezia. Nice clean apartment in a local area. We didn't see many toursists in this part of town. . Location was okay. There are plenty of restaurants and bars outside the property. You can take the nearest bus on the main street to reach most attractions. Price is good too. Great location, and quiet little place. The locations is great, right in the old jewish district, equally between the Pantheon (Fontana di Trevi, Pz. Navona) and the night-life of Trastevere. The surrounding is quiet, and still there are some restaurants and a cafe near by. Location.....Jewish Ghetto area in Rome. Great location although a bit noisy. Good location. hotel provide only coffee free of cost and price wise... it's very cheap. location is good. lots of cheap and good restaurant around. Just the central position in the central Rome. Everything was great! No real issues except the coffee machine that made the coffee for breakfast broke so no coffee, but I'm sure its fixed now. No big deal. Our taxi should be order by personal, but it didnt come in the morning. still we got in time to airport because 3 mins. wlaking were taxi station with 10 taxis. Be prepared to climb 4 flight of stairs to reach the property. The staff in charged at that time do not speak good English. I had a hard time trying to understand what the staff is trying to say. Breakfast provided was just okay. The tenant wasn't very reliable, he didn't show up on time when we checked out and almost had us miss our plane. The carpet floor in the room hasn't been cleaned for a year or so, also the bathroom could have used some more attention. 4 flights of stairs & no lift, poor quality towels that were never changed,poor shower & toilet..... Uncomfortable bed. Only cold water in bathroom. Broken toilet. The staff - a man named Marco - did not prepare breakfast on 2 days of 3. I paid in advance and he never printed a receipt nor tried to repair the toilet I told him about. Shortly: the worst accommodation we ever had in Rome. Avoid! (Ironically: the establishment is called Best Comfort...). - Absolutely NO breakfast - Bad service - Dirty room, never cleaned - The hotel owner is absolutely inadequate - If you want to have an unexpectable problems with accomodation, choose Best Comfort Reginella. bathroom was very small and very dirty. bed is bit uncomfortable. no staff available at night so if you have any emergency you have to contact them and they will not provide any phone. The room was not cleaned after the first day we were there and the toilet smelled rotten all the time. We contacted the owner but he did not reply to our calls so we had to live with that. To be avoided.
