lokalizacja very good, personel perfect. the stuffs were so friendly and try to help.room in excellent condition and the price was excellent - although it was january. Staff are very friendly. Room is very clean. Location excellent.cheap. Excellent value for money and great location. Staff speak good english are nice and low key but the hotel and area are safer than termini. Have stayed in rome alot and this would be a benchmark for 2 star at this price.
所有评语 » Friendly staff and renovated rooms in building near the hotel. The hotel is situated close to city centre and there are many very good pizzerias in its neighbourhood. Hotel staff is very friendly, understands english well and reacts very quickly for all requests. I think that it is a very good place for travellers that mainly sleep there and during the day are out !. The stuff were friendly, the location(near center, quiet), the room was very clean, and the price. The window covers made the room relatively quiet.The location and the value for money. Location. Free breakfast.clean, lift, tv,. Good location, clean and reasonably priced. Would reccomend.Good location for bus/ metro transport.(Casto Pretorio, the closest Metro) Good choice of restaurants close by e.g 39 Via Palestro I would recommend. Had towels changed every day. Room was clean. Staff overall nice (with exception of 1 staff). The rate was good for the offer.breakfast. very noisy, we could hear everything that went on in the room next to ours, talking, sneezing, showering, flushing the toilet, etc. W.C. is not with the room in which I stayed which is a drawback. I don't remember whether it was clearly mentioned while booking, possibly yes but I didn't notice that time. noisily. Equipment of bathroom was quite old but each day clean!! Maybe there coud be the choice "sweet or salt" breakfast and not only sweet each day - but it is detail... The heating was a problem(not warm enough) and noisy too.Very noisey from 7am when the housekeepers started work. Lots of banging of doors - I think they wanted the rest of us to get up so they could go home!. no air conditioning or fan. room a bit small. There was noise from the apartments above. However, we have stayed at this hotel before and did not experience this problem. Having to go into a separate building to access reception and breakfast area. Didn't get air conditioning in either of our rooms after asking at reception, even though temperatures were 33 degrees +. Some staff had very little English.Staff. Breakfast was poor (1 croissant, 1 piece of hard bread, 1 cofee and 1 orange squash, that's it). Room was tiny, bed was against the hallway wall therefore could not rest due to noise from people coming in and out at all hours. 1 member of staff was extremely rude when checking in though the other staff were very helpful, so I think the rudeness was down to the person not the hotel.its actually far away from train station, and is really hard to find and locate the exact building of the hotel.
