Giovanni was wonderful - friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome. She was able to suggest local restaurants (which were excellent), looked into reservations at the Borghese Gallery for us, provided an excellent map of the city (which Rome's tourist info at the train station would not give us unless we purchased the Roma pass), and overall provided lots of very helpful information. Our room looked directly toward the Tiber and was perfectly situated for exploring Rome.
