It's absolutely stunning hotel! The service was ..... Really fantastic ! I have been many luxury places and hotels! But service here the best! All stuff is very well educated and will help you decide any question you need! Also the restaurant in the hotel is perfect very gourmet ! Spa is nice, but didn't spend there much time! Location, service, restaurant , comfort of the room is really really good! Would recommend it to the really demanding people!.
所有评语 » This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The attention to detail in the design of the hotel and spa was impecable. The staff were friendly and very efficient, the facilities were fabulous. It was an absolute pleasure to stay in this wonderful hotel. Amazing service, great location, very clean rooms, excellently decorated, staff couldn't do more for you. I travel a lot and would go as far as to say this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. every thing , the place is safe and the hotel was in the perfect spot in Riva , to enjoy the view ask for third floor specially room 308 you can't describe the view you just gonna say wooow. The attention to detail, the uncompromising levels of service whilst remaining respectful of your space and privacy. The location, the food, the staff.... the list could go on. Everything about this hotel. The modern extension has been done extremely well. The staff are friendly & helpful as you would expect in a hotel of this quality. Only thing I can say is absolutely AMAZING. Stunning hotel, great staff. An experience to be had. Thanks. The staff was excellent the food was superior and the entire ambience was a five-star property. We staied five nights during our honeymoon.. We loved it!! Location, setting, aesthetic design and architectural concept were all exceptional and outstanding. . im sure no one gonna write a thing in this dislike box for this hotel. Nothing. There were two niggles that I told the hotel staff about. The wifi did not extend to the grounds of the hotel and was a bit 'clunky' to use and the extremely stylish but totally impractical wash hand basin in the bathroom was a pain to use. There really was nothing to dislike. There was poor variety of dishes in the restraunt for dinner. too much chlorine in the pool. Get a room on a high floor. 1st floor is fine but the view of the lake is much better on the higher floors. Cost of breakfast. The price of the drinks. Petty charges for extras. only one very annoying aspect with the magnetic key cards for both our rooms/locks.
