  First of all the staff. They are fantastic! Very nice, friendly and sincerely helpfull. The hotel itself is quite new, so the finishing and furniture are still fresh. There is no restaurant at the hotel, but there are lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood. - The hotel feels neat and clean. The room was extremely large, and was decorated just fine. This was the only hotel in our trip to Italy that had a bath tub. The breakfast was very good, and at evening they offer a free drink and appetizers at the (very small) host lobby. The location is second line from the beach which makes it a few minutes from it. Excellent value for money.

They have great staff providing the most professional services, elegant, confortable and well airconditioned rooms and a beautiful beach where I could safely take my small child.   We really enjoyed it, it's a 3 star but does not have anything to envy to the look of a 4 star, would definetely go back again.   Convenience to motorway - Location is ideal if you are going to attend events in the Fiera trading fair. A bus stop and a railway station (Rimini Fiera) are in 1 min walk. Breakfasts are very good. Rooms are clean though we've never seen any maids.
