  The hotel is really good. Most of the rooms have great seaview. The breakfast is the same every day, but very good. Location is great - 3 mins to beach, supermarket.   It's the second time I stay in this hotel and I feel like confirming everything said the other time. It's indeed a lovely place where you can feel at home, have quiteness while being in the center, at a step from the beach, which is beautiful in winter too, it's very clean and very nice. There is no restaurant at the hotel, but there are lots of restaurants in the neighbourhood. - The hotel feels neat and clean. The room was extremely large, and was decorated just fine. This was the only hotel in our trip to Italy that had a bath tub. The breakfast was very good, and at evening they offer a free drink and appetizers at the (very small) host lobby. The location is second line from the beach which makes it a few minutes from it. Excellent value for money.
