  Friendly staff, I was expecting English, but could refresh my Russian :-) Superb location, just few steps to beach. There is a swimming pool if you expect crystal clear water. Garage in basement kept car unheated, but require reservation. However I suppose, cars size like Audi A8 could have problem to get there. Independent air conditioning - We had a studio for three adults. The kitchenette is fully equipped, large fridge. The terrace is large, street view. The bathroom with shower is spacious. It's a self-service facility so bear in mind that cleaning is for you to take care. Good wifi connection. Helpful staff.

  The location was well placed with quaint road with lots of tree vegetation on both sides leading on to the high street. Also the idea that the beach was just a leisurely 10 minutes away was nice to know. Access to a well-stocked supermarket help my family save money as we never ate out and made our own home made meals. The air conditionin - The price was great for what you received. The neighborhood was quiet but close to shops restaurants and the beach, which was included in our package and was wonderful. The woman at the desk was very sweet and very helpful. The free bicycles were a nice benefit. The studio was comfortable, clean and the kitchenette had everything we needed. We liked everything about Residence Riviera.

  It was in front of the beach, clean, we had a large room with sea view. Easy to find, on a street full of shops, restaurants. Parking place was OK. - Staff very nice. Hotel reconstructed and smells newly. For the value very close to beach. Sea view and balcony is a plus. Breakfast great :)

The hotel is one of the best I have stayed in. Hotel is newly opened and is state of the art in the design and comfort. Spacious rooms, comfortable, spotless clean, with modern amenities.   Firstly I liked the price (but I went on low season). Hotel Staff was very nice. The building is confortable enough. from tran station takes 20 min walk on the nice main street in Rimini. Breakfast was also good enoug (not fantastic, but simple and fresh food)
