Claudio, Roberta and Sylvia were amazing, they recommended exceptional restaurants, organized tours and taxis and guided you to the must see sites. We really enjoyed our stay, the owner Enrico is such a nice guy, my husband got sick while we are in Florence, he helped us to call the doctor, we also stayed for another 2 hours after the official checkout time just so we are in time to catch the train, and he was all good with that.
