  Out of all the different options we had, we (3 friends) chose an apartment managed by Biriola Holiday - mainly because of the huge number of positive reviews. Upon arriving we were greeted by Bruno, the elder statesman of the residence, who was quite simply charming. He took us around, showed us the garden at the back and told us we could help ourselves to the fresh herbs and chillis. We were the only people by the hot tub in the grounds most of the time so felt like a private garden (but with to-the-sun-lounger bar service) lovely staff, very close to the great restaurants in the old town - 5 mins walk along the pretty sea front. There is parking as well that isn't made obvious when booking. - Villa Mosca is a beautiful hotel with very comfortable and clean rooms. We stayed in the Comfort room in the attic as this was the only room available and it was perfect for us. The decor is simplistic and luxurious and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The best point is it is in a great location right by the sea and walking distance to the town and restaurants and bars.

I liked privacy in the appartments, they are well equiped (except for missing bed sheets and towels which you have to pay for).   We stayed at this hotel as part of our five week motoring tour of Italy. It is conveniently located for easy access to the central piazza in Pula and the wonderful sandy beaches and the ruins of Nora along the coast.
