  The man at the front desk was very helpful and although he spoke little English and we spoke little Italian, we managed to communicate and he even circled the places to see on the map and told us which buses to take. - Good location - near from railway station (10 min by foot from Firenze SMN) and not so far from historical centre; friendly staff.

  Excellent! Very friendly and professional staff. My room was exactly what I required for this trip - private, modern minimalist, stylish, comfortable accommodation.
