  The room was big and air conditioned. The own kitchen was great. So helpful, nice, polite and great staff on the hotel. Especially the young, bald man, who helped me several times, special thanks to him!!!

  Luigi was really helpful. He didnt charge us the late check in fee and gave us extra blankets which we didn't even use because the room was really warm in that snowy Milano night.   We enjoyed our trip and stay at Hotel Belvedere. The staff were amazing. Especially the staff in the dinning room. I have to have special food and was told to tell them what I wanted to eat and they would fix it for me. Now that is service!!!!! Our room had a large balcony. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. I would highly reco - The hotel is in a splendid position about 5 minutes walk from the centre of Bellagio. I t has a great backdrop of the lake; free parking;The rooms are roomy and well equipped with good beds and bathroom is modern.The staff were animated and friendly and seemed to enjoy being there (the end of the season was approaching) The restaurant , although pricey did offer a good choice but wines are expensive.   Patrizia (the manager) and Loredana (the breakfast cook) were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was comprehensive. The room was large and comfortable although sparsely furnished.   The staff were extremely friendly. They were very welcoming and assisting, especially towards our three young children. The apartment was well designed, we loved that we could still get british tv from our apartment ( very sad I know) and above all we loved the personal touch that the family that run the Residence gave and the attention to detail. The apartment had a great view of village and surrounding hills and the sundeck on the roof had awesome views of the lake.
