Very nice building, originating 1680, which is well renovated whereby a lot of the original details remained in tact. (e.g. entry, wine cellar, etc.) The complex is situated in the town center meters away from the boulevard and shops in a very narrow street. It only holds 7 appartments which are all modern and spacious.
The walled garden with swimming pool provides a nice quiet area to sunbath and rest.
The management is very kind and attentive and help out with any request.

The hotel is in a splendid position about 5 minutes walk from the centre of Bellagio. Standard of accommodation exceptional, we had a suite with private terrace which was worth the extra cost. Plenty of parking, easy to find by car especially from Verona and a superb location as a base for the entire lake. The delightful ladies at reception gave us a map and instructions to get around. Our apartment was spacious and functional, only lacking a corkscrew and some washing up sponges/soap. A basic breakfast is available at an additional cost. Wifi was a little patchy in the room but didn't cause us too much trouble as another router was based in reception. Overall a very good stay.

The location is quite good, not in the center but the tram and bus station is in front of the residence. It is easy to take bus to Milano Centrale or San Siro stadium. It is also near Carrefour supermarket.
