  The room was big and air conditioned. The own kitchen was great. So helpful, nice, polite and great staff on the hotel. Especially the young, bald man, who helped me several times, special thanks to him!!!

  Luigi was really helpful. He didnt charge us the late check in fee and gave us extra blankets which we didn't even use because the room was really warm in that snowy Milano night.   Patrizia (the manager) and Loredana (the breakfast cook) were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was comprehensive. The room was large and comfortable although sparsely furnished.
