  The most friendly welcome I have ever experienced. When we arrived, it was raining staff came with umbrellas with smiling face as if they saw their best friends.   First of all we like the beautiful view of Nembro and Bergamo city. The hotel's location is perfect and the building is excellent.   The perfect combination of a 4-5 star hotel (for the parents) with a child-friendly environment. The diner formula is simply the best I ever encountered. - We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was our first time to the Italian lakes and my son had wanted to go to Garda but we loved our holiday here and thought lake Como fantastic! The apartment was well designed, we loved that we could still get british tv from our apartment ( very sad I know) and above all we loved the personal touch that the family that run the Residence gave and the attention to detail.
