  Our stay at this hotel was one of the highlights of a three week holiday in Italy.Management and staff were remarkably friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for them.   The staff were extremely friendly. They were very welcoming and assisting, especially towards our three young children. It was our first time to the Italian lakes and my son had wanted to go to Garda but we loved our holiday here and thought lake Como fantastic! The apartment was well designed, we loved that we could still get british tv from our apartment ( very sad I know) and above all we loved the personal touch that the family that run the Residence gave and the attention to detail.   Our stay was wonderful, and was made even more so by the geniality of the young couple that "runs the show" there. Parking is a bit out of the way, but Oliver will facilitate this and all other matters pertaining to your stay.   We enjoyed our trip and stay at Hotel Belvedere. The staff were amazing. Especially the staff in the dinning room.
