  We've stayed in hotels all over the world, and I have to say that this was one of our favorites. The price can't be beat for such a wonderful stay! There were bathrobes and slippers for each guest, the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were fabulous, especially the shower. The manager and staff were so friendly and helpful. They even brought out hot chocolate f - The customer service is one of the best I've seen in many years. We were running late and about 20:00 the hotel contacted me to know if we were coming before they close the reception at 21:00 and also to know if we wanted to have dinner upon our arrival. The hotel and the room is very modern decorated and spacious, suited me well. The view is 10/10, just on the banks of the river.   Lovely, comfortable apartment, with its own kitchen and equipment. Cristena (and family) were welcoming and extraordinarily helpful, and the tea bags were much appreciated. The apartment is very close to the centre of Mantua but was quiet most of the time. At one end of the street there are the buzzing porticos and the sweet, traditional cafe for ... 别人怎么说 » breakfast. At the other end there is the best view currently to be had of San' Andreas church (closed for restoration). Also at the end of the street - Well organises, clean and comfortable. Service was excellent and the owner very helpful. Her restaurant suggestions were spot on. There was lots of space and the apartment had everything you might need in it. Although on booking it was suggester that use of the kitchen would cost a further 15 euros, it was immediately made clear that there would be no supplementary costs.

  When staying at La Patirana you forget that you are at a hotel and feel like a guest of the family. The history is all around you in this house, and this is where you really understand how it is to be in Italy. Everything is well thought over and the owners really do care about you. I wish we had booked more tha - You are made to feel very welcome at La Patirana - the owners are really friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and very relaxing but take your mosquito repellent for the evening. Breakfast is superb and the small room is a perfectly adequate size with a comfortable bed. The village is very quiet but not too far from the airport and also quite well situated for a day trip to Lake Iseo and nearby Lake Endine.

  We had a terrific time in moniga Del Garda. The host couple has read us every wish of the eyes. It was missing to nothing. Quiff room, very noble fitted out in a quiet residential area.   Wonderful, helpful and reliable staff. You could set your watch to the three rotating desk clerks, and each was extremely warm and hospitable. Wifi was very reliable, unlike that of other hotels which claim to offer it, and then it only works in the lobby. Grounds were lovely with tree - For the 2. time we visit this place. And it is still a very nice place to visit. We had one of the apartment with own little garden, facing the lake. Everything is ok. The kitchen is simple and not big - but it is ok for breakfast and sometime simple eveningmeal. You can order morningbread from the reception. The way up to Premignaga is very nice and funny to drive on. Not much space, but if you like to stay in authentic local places, then it is funny.

The apartment I actually had (different and larger from the one I was expecting) was spacious and well-designed, with everything one could ever need for a short or even a longer stay.
