  I have always found the Carlton to have all ready upon my arrival. My room was available and all was in order. The staff is always very helpful and informative. You cannot beat the location of the hotel to the great shops.

  We loved everything about the Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni! We made our reservation based on a recommendation from a well-travelled, trusted friend, and we were not disappointed. The entire facility is pristine, despite it's age. We were upgraded to a junior suite, which was very spacious (two rooms plus excellent bathroom) with lake view. Staff were pleasant and helpfull with no trace of pretension or snobbishness. Dinner in Mistral restaurant, while expensive, was superb and good value. As a bit of a splurge, Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni really delivered and is on our bucket-list for a return visit!
